1. All impound areas/rooms will be secured throughout the Olympiad.

2. Anyone may impound a device by reporting to the designated place of impound to simply check in the device.

3. Once a device is impounded, no major adjustments may be made. The only person(s) to make any minor adjustments is the team member conducting the event. Minor adjustments may be made within the five minutes prior to "start."

4. At no time will other students, parents, and/or coaches be permitted any action on a device at the place of impound or during the event.

5. Observers must stay in the viewing galley and may not enter the event arena.

6. Once team member indicates "ready to begin," no further adjustments are permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: The builder(s) of the device does not have to be the person(s) impounding the device or team member conducting the event. However, the team member conducting the event must be knowledgeable of all aspects of the device and the rules of the event.
